Return and Refund Policy

At AIKORA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and product issues are handled.

Change of Mind

AIKORA does not generally offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, personal preference, or simply deciding that you no longer want the product.

However, this does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, incomplete, or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

A description of the problem
Clear photos or videos of the product
Any other information that may help us assess the issue

We will review the matter and, where required under the Australian Consumer Law, provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Incorrect Address or Unsuccessful Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery costs may apply. Any available options will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

This does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

If a return is required because of a confirmed product issue covered by the Australian Consumer Law, AIKORA will cover reasonable return shipping costs where legally required.

For any return or exchange voluntarily approved by AIKORA outside of those legal obligations, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
